  • I wish her the best but she is on a slippery slope if she continues leaving life the way she is

  • 🙌❤

  • was this the last ep?

  • No German 😞

  • How beautifully honest, a real person being a real inspiration 👏 thank you❤️

  • I am scared for her

  • we go through the same thing demi i hope your okay

  • She still getting high

  • Her friends come across as Fake people pleasers. If she's happy then I guess thats what's important. But something is off about those 2 Friends riding her coattails. The Girl in green hair though she's a real MVP

  • The song with Xtina didn't get appreciation it needed.

  • 13:51 One of the reasons why I love Demi 😁😊

  • I’m watching y’all writing comments about what’s best for Demi because you watched a doc about 0.0001% of her life... Do you seriously believe yourselves to be able to give any advice to her and her loved ones based on this? Y’all are delusional.

  • I hope you know I love going for who you are

  • Is this the last episode?

  • 16:08 thats the message I needed from this episode. How to handle a trigger that could and has almost ended my life twice now. Suicidal depression and addiction is no joke. It's a very dark place but it's also so inviting when you're just tired and numb. I'm glad she is being open and vulnerable.

  • It's odd that someone with that much money & probably having so much taken care of.. can't at all take care of themselves in the least bit. Her forearms and double chin are a bit ridiculous. We need to start addressing the problem in North America of having these obese addicts as our idols. Bringing it up, shouldn't be an issue. Because this is an issue.

  • There sure are a lot of addiction experts in this comment section 🙄 if Demi wants to have a drink or smoke a joint that’s her choice.

  • That laugh at the end was everything and was the perfect way to end the documentary.

  • I just want to hug her.

  • everyone always got opinions about ppl they dont even know. she could be lying, she could not be. none of us know her and what she has to deal with. if this works for her for now so be it. this is a real life story not a sugar coated happy one. she never claimed to be sober shes just in a different and better place and talking about it. yall just judging her when you have no right.i cant say if what she is doing is bad or not all i can do it watch this cus at the end of the day WE DONT KNOW HER lol

  • This is so real 😭. I love her for this

  • I was cool with this until you got to the part where "hey look my house reflects my queerness" ugh please. You know how many queer folks are just struggling to exist? Cool glad you can afford your mansion. But yikes read the room.

  • One of my classmates took xanax that was laced with fentanyl and ended up overdosing and didn't get that second chance. I am glad that Demi is being open about her struggles with all of this because people need to know more about how addicting drugs c an be for you. My classmate was 19 at the time and probably had no idea that it was laced with fentanyl and that's scary.

  • i adore you beyond measure, Demi!!

  • How can I watch the video if it says it requires payment 🙄

  • I’m going to stretch before bed.....because Demi does🤷🏾‍♀️😍

  • Playing the victim while being a millionaire.

  • lay off the heroin demi shhheeesh

  • Trisha Paytas's style ... a bit Boring

  • I feel like nobody in this comments has anything uplifting to say about this. Honestly I do think things will be different this time since it appears to be more of her own way. We should acknowledge the fact that she’s completely stopped every hardcore drug that would take her life. Weed is no heroin, and is even prescribed for depression in some cases. I don’t think it’s fair for people to say she is relying on it, when she’s stated it’s for relief.

  • The mother seem emotionless about Demis health

  • On a smaller scale you see those kids with strict parents explode when they go to college then they pick themselves up and realize they can handle things in moderation. Addiction is a different story and I can’t say anything but I think it’s about checking yourself. Being realistic and taking it day by day. If you guilt someone that gets drunk a couple times a year that’s awful it happens a to everyone!!! Now if it’s weekly that’s a problem

  • I'm in the US and for some reason the video won't play and says "This video requires payment to watch" help!

  • Praying for you, Demi

  • U are loved sweete

  • Living with an eating disorder means forcing yourself to live in moderation... if she can handle eating real birthday cake once in a while without slipping into her disorder, then moderately drinking or having a joint could be a viable option for her.

  • I’ve got so much to say about the end of this episode.... but I’ll go ahead and just leave quietly....

  • "I love how gay your house is" This guy's humor is absolute gold.

  • LMAO the ending

  • this vulnerability is motivational, this video is motivational

  • So wait she isn't Bipolar?

  • when does episode 5 get out?

  • Everyone handles addiction differently. No one should say she’s gonna fail for wanting moderation in her life because they aren’t her nor are they the one putting in the work every day.

  • Demon

  • This girl is just amazing ! The definition of human, she is so strong !

  • Also have a little faith in Demi. What she needs is love and support.

  • For everyone freaking out about her moderation I’m pretty sure the drinking in moderation means she can have a glass of wine at a dinner or a cocktail on a special occasion.... pretty sure her saying I’m drinking in moderation doesn’t mean she’s getting plastered or makes time to get drunk on special occasions even.

  • There's NO WAY she will stay clean. You can't play with drugs and alcohol, when you have an addictive spirit inside you. She will keep in and out of hospitals and rehab. Wishful thinking is denial, you have to stop doing ALL drugs and alcohol, going from one drug to another is what addicts do all the time and it don't work. She's gonna end up dead like all these other celebrities with all these enablers around them. People always look for other's to point fingers at, it's not that guys's her fault. Nobody put a gun to her head and made her do drugs, she called him over for drugs and he was doing drugs too. So for her to say he took advantage of her is a JOKE. Addicts will tell some of the truth mixed with lies to make them look a little bit better and blame turned towards somebody else.

  • k like the shroom room tho omg

  • When it showed her smiling with her new hair I almost cried. I thought "Thats the real Demi." As someone who is struggling with their own identity and gender roles that meant a lot.

  • when elton and scooter said the whole thing about moderation was like a whole slap in the face

  • honestly her laugh 😂

  • I think I'm in love again! 😍 along with Blackwell. 😂

  • Damn Demi. You NAILED it! I feel like we literally lived the same life with different circumstances/life. Lol I sound crazy now. 😅

  • Celebrity drug addict

  • Speak truth, Elton...Thank you Demi for your honesty. Many wish you the best as do I. From a person like you, keep on living and fighting with that beautiful smile. 💝

  • thank goodness i never had an addiction

  • it’s so hard taking care of myself 😥

  • her sisters seem awesome

  • $ does not take away pain

  • Transcendental Meditation, girl. Depression cure...

  • Your recovery is your recovery I can tell you firsthand that there are many many pathways of recovery what works for you is not going to work for someone else in your recovery only you know what path to recovery is going to work for you if it works for you then that is amazing I am proud of you for realizingWhat you need in your life and what you don’t need love the documentary keep rocking it

  • Que bom ver o Elton John ❤️❤️

  • Aww did anyone else noticed the Selena t-shirt???

  • I lost my cousin January 2017 to Heroin laced with Fentanyl. This hits very close to home. Wish you the best Demi! To the ppl saying moderation can’t be done- maybe that will work for her! Only she can know that & hopefully know when to stop or get help if/when she starts to spiral.

  • Woopee. She hasn't picked up any hard drugs.

  • Elton John "She's perfect but of course we are not perfect"

  • Demi's team PLEASE hire a counselor about her addiction. Addiction is a lifelong thing and cannot fix in a snap of a finger

  • Is her sister LeAnn Rimes?

  • I love the new look, she looks great. 💜

  • I wish this had more episodes.

  • it makes me wildly uncomfortable her case manager is agreeing that moderation is possible with someone who is addicted so several diff. substances and has a predisposition to overuse. Im glad Elton John said it like it is, and I hope Demi works through this and comes to the same conclusion in a healthy and safe way.

  • May the Lord bless her and you, reader.

  • dancing with meth and heroin

  • "Dancing with the Devil"? Says it all...

  • elton john is being realistic

  • She literally said it herself. She got a bottle of wine and immediately went off the deep end. Why is she lying to herself now saying she can drink and smoke weed "in moderation" No you can't, honey.

  • She doesn't seem okay here to me. It's in her eyes. I hope I'm wrong.

  • She is so beautiful, adorable and relatable without makeup. Makeup dnt do justice with her innocence make her look blank. Her pale smooth face, dark hair is beautiful❤.

  • Demi you're amazing

  • I don’t understand why they give a junkie a documentary they’re plenty of junkies on the streets who would like a documentary for free.I guess Americans idolize junkies it’s part of the culture 😂

  • The authenticy is beautiful! I love her personality. I wish her nothing but hope, peace, and healing. ❤🧡💚💚💙💜

  • Demi your beautiful from the bottom of my heart

  • I hear the concern of her doing moderation, but we have to understand the psychology of addiction is ever growing. What has worked for a lot like abstinence does not work for everyone. I respect Elton but I don't agree with his blanket statement. I think the best thibg to do if you suffer or have suffered from addiction that you speak to a therapist who helps you and figure out the best recovery plan for you.

  • I don’t think she’s bipolar. I don’t see the mania in her eyes, even hypo mania. Also bipolar has a lot in common with PTSD and CPTSD.🤷🏼‍♀️

  • Here in Switzerland, moderation therapy is really growing and working for much more people than plain sobriety. Nothing works for EVERYbody. Addiction is no different from that... Love you Demi and be really careful but keep going on Girl, you got that 💪🏻♥️

  • 28:18 hahahaha, I love this!!! I love her autenticity!!!

  • It’s very apparent that Demi has a lot of HIGHS and a lot of LOWS. She cannot find a balance between the two and I think that’s why when she’s down she’s down to the point where she can’t see a light. Her constantly trying to reinvent herself is her trying to fill the next void. It’s so sad to see her reach for the next thing when that next thing will not fulfill her. She’s looking for outside sources when the source is already within her.

  • Hahahha her laugh😂😂😂

  • Harm reduction is a thing, and it’s being pushed so much in recovery now. Some.. very few addicts don’t have an alcoholic gene. Marijuana is proven to be a harm reduction, and addicts can still have a drink once in awhile. But considering her situation when she overdosed, she was drinking. Which is super risky to be drinking Bc she wasn’t making clear decisions under the alcohol to begin with.

  • After hearing this California sober term I stopped watching, or caring. Seems like all this was filmed only to profit more money, and fame nothing more. I requested a refund with iTunes and was refunded within 48 hours, won’t be getting rich out of me, not today satan!!

  • I love love love LOVE the hairstyle Demiiii

  • Lotsa love Demi 🖤🖤

  • I absolutely love demi. I myself lost both parents and 4 siblings to addiction. I was an addict for 3 years and lost everything, including my daughter and unborn baby. I was found by a pimp at my weakest whom got me pregnant and forced me into prostitution. Where he got me pregnant and beat me everyday. Broke my teeth out and would strip me naked and make me walk down the street in shame. Hechaimed me to the porch out in the back yard and also chained the fridge a d only let me eat once every 2 days so. I didn't gain too much weight even being pregnant. In the end, I was found beaten naked in the side of a busy street in Phoenix AZ. That day, at 7 months pregnant I lost my unborn son. I tried to take my life and in that, I survived and been clean almost 3 years now. Today I actually got custody back of my daughter. I own a cleaning service and do everything I can to do better everyday. Demi shows us the ugly side of fame. She shows the real person and the real struggles. I absolutely love and adore her. Keep everything wonderful up girl. We love you so much

  • As an ex alcoholic who almost died multiple times and currently drinks and smokes in moderation, everyone assuming she is making a mistake is doing so without being in her shoes. She absolutely can't become complacent in her addiction, as she's said, but some people need something to help and unless you want them on harder prescriptions like xanax let them have some weed and a drink now and then

  • Gosh wow wow. I have so much to say, about so many things. Not in a negative way, not necessarily in a positive way. This one hit everything. 1st, Thank you for putting this out here. Wow. And 2nd 3rd all the rest. U touched everything gosh!. THIS IS ABOUT ANY TOPIC THAT HITS U. ITS HERE. THIS IS ABOUT IF NONE IF IT INTERESTS U OR HITS U.......THIS IS HERE TO EDUCATE PEOPLE MOST OF ALL. Amen and thank you for doing this.

  • This is what happens when you have all the time and money in the world and zero discipline or guidance

  • o love no bs
